Please review this listing carefully.
I came across a set of rare and old bills which I believe to be authentic. This twenty dollar bill star note is one of them. Aside from the obvious cutting error, this is a star note. I ran the stats of this particular star note on https://www.mycurrencycollection.com/reference/star-notes/lookup and found that this is a very low print run of only 384,000! Normally the print run even for star notes is well over 30 million. That makes this already rare star note even more rare and highly sought after.
There is what appears to be a cutting error in which part of the succeeding bill is visible on this bill. Meaning that the obverse of this bill has the face of two bills on it while the reverse has only one! I’m no expert on this matter and I can’t say how this error occurred but I have only found two other examples of this type of thing happening.
Again, please review this listing and the photos carefully before making your bid. Thank you!
