The dome opens in the center to peak out or can be removed for use as pet bed. The carrier comes with a carry on strap, leash tether and rain cover. The carry on strap converts to carry on handle for both shoulder and hand use. It has a seat belt connection point to secure as car seat, meets the airline in-cabin carrier requirements or can be used as bike basket (in combination with the Dutch Dog Britch).
