Shipping and handling is FREE to all lower 48 States and that includes insurance  to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico it will be extra. Per eBay and PayPal policy If the total value of your purchase is over $200 signature will be required at the time of delivery. If the total value of your purchase is less than $200 we don’t require for a signature at the time of delivery. If you live in a bad neighborhood with a history of packages being stolen from porches etc. and your order is of high value, then please ask as to add signature requirements at the time of delivery. There will be no extra cost to you, as a courtesy we will pay for the signature requirement costs which is about an additional $4.
